Preparation

  • Prepare from FROZEN state.
  • Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.
  • 1. Bring 3 quarts of lightly salted water to boil in medium saucepan.
  • 2. Pour 1/2 bag of ravioli into saucepan.
  • 3. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 - 6 minutes or until ravioli float.
  • 4. Drain and serve with desired sauce. Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.

  • Butternut Squash Ravioli with Cranberry Pecan Brown Sugar Glaze:
  • 16 oz. prepared Butternut Squash Ravioli
  • ¾ cup pecans, chopped
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • 6 Tbsp butter
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 ½ Tbsp chopped fresh sage


  • 1. Using a saucepan or skillet, toast pecans and cranberries on medium heat until fragrant.
  • 2. Reduce heat to low, add butter and stir.
  • 3. Once butter is melted, add heavy cream, brown sugar, salt, cayenne pepper and sage
  • 4. Continue to cook glaze until it comes to a soft boil. Boil for 1 minute until glaze thickens, stirring constantly.
  • 5. Top the prepared butternut squash ravioli with glaze.
