Preparation

  • Prepare from THAWED State.
  • Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.
  • Thaw in refrigerator overnight or under cold running water in the package for 30 minutes.
  • 1. Preheat grill over medium heat.
  • 2. Lightly oil steaks on both sides and season as desired. Place onto grill.
  • 3. Cook for 10 -12 minutes flipping every 2-3 minutes or until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 145°F as measured with a meat thermometer.
  • 4. Let stand 3 minutes.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
