Each 7 oz. sirloin steak is hand-trimmed to butcher’s specifications for portion size, weight and thickness, and cut from USDA choice beef specially selected for full flavor and tenderness. Generously cut one inch thick, our frozen choice beef sirloin steaks are individually wrapped for added freshness and convenience. With simple preparation on the grill or stove, it's easy to serve and savor a juicy, flavorful, mouthwatering steak that satisfies the cravings of any carnivore.

Preparation

  • Prepare from THAWED state.
  • Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.
  • Thaw in refrigerator overnight or in cold running water for 30 minutes.
  • 1. Preheat grill over medium heat.
  • 2. Lightly oil steaks on both sides and season as desired. Place onto grill.
  • 3. Cook for 16 - 18 minutes, turning steaks every 2 - 3 minutes or until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 145°F as measured with a meat therm
  • 4. Let stand 3 minutes.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
  • FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS.
  • THIS PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 145ºF
  • WITH A 3 MINUTE HOLD TIME, AS MEASURED WITH A MEAT THERMOMETER.

  • Prepare from THAWED state.
  • Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.
  • Thaw in refrigerator overnight or in cold running water for 30 minutes.
  • 1. Preheat a large, lightly oiled cast-iron (or other heavy skillet) over medium-high heat for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Season and lightly oil steaks on both sides as desired and place into skillet.
  • 3. Cook for 6 minutes, flipping steaks half way through.
  • 4. Continue to cook for 7 - 9 minutes or until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 145°F as measured with a meat thermometer.
  • Turn steaks frequently.
  • 5. Let stand 3 minutes. Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
