Preparation

  • Prepare from THAWED State.
  • Thaw in refrigerator overnight or in cold running water for 30 minutes.
  • Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.
  • 1. Preheat grill over medium heat.
  • 2. Remove steaks from plastic wrap.
  • 3. Lightly oil steaks on both sides and season as desired. Place onto grill.
  • 4. Cook for 3 minutes and flip steaks.
  • 5. Cook for 3 minutes and flip steaks.
  • 6. Cook for 6-7 minutes turning every 2 minutes or until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 145°F as measured with a meat thermometer.
  • 7. Let stand 3 minutes.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
  • FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS.
  • THIS PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATUE OF 145ºF WITH A 3 MINUTE HOLD TIME, AS MEASURED WITH A MEAT THERMOMETER.

  • 5. Cook for 6-7 minutes turning every 2 minutes or until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 145°F as measured with a meat thermometer.
  • 6. Let stand 3 minutes.
