  • Prepare from FROZEN state.
  • Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.
  • Note: For optimal flavor and tenderness, cook this type of beef cut to an internal temperature of approximately 185°F.
  • 1. Remove roast from carton and film.
  • 2. Place roast into slow cooker and cover.
  • 3. Cook on high for 4 hours to 4 hours 15 minutes or until a meat thermometer reaches 185°F.
  • 4. Remove from slow cooker and let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
  • FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. THIS PRODUCT MUST
  • BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 145°F WITH A 3 MINUTE HOLD TIME, AS MEASURED WITH A MEAT THERMOMETER.

  • Remove roast from carton and thaw sealed pouch on a plate in refrigerator for 48 hours. TEMP/SETTING HIGH TIME 4 - 4 1/4 HOURS STEPS Appliances
  • 1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • 2. Add 1/2" water to a deep baking dish.
  • 3. Remove roast from film and place into baking dish.
  • 4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  • 5. Remove foil and bake uncovered for 60 - 65 minutes or until a meat thermometer reaches 185°F.
  • 6. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
