Preparation

  • Prepare from FROZEN state.
  • Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.
  • 1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • 2. Remove 2 fillets from plastic wrap.
  • 3. Place fillets onto foil-lined baking sheet.
  • 4. Bake on center rack for 37 - 38 minutes.
  • 5. Let stand 1 minute.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.

  • THIS PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F PRIOR TO EATING.

  • Thaw in refrigerator overnight or in cold running water for 10 minutes.
  • Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.
  • 1. Preheat a large non-stick skillet on medium heat for 2 minutes.
  • 2. Remove 2 fillets from plastic wrap.
  • 3. Place fillets into skillet.
  • 4. Cook 20 - 21 minutes, turn over every 2-3 minutes.
  • 5. Let stand 1 minute.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.

  • 3. Remove 2 fillets from plastic wrap.
  • 4. Place 2 fillets in a single layer onto aluminum foil.
  • 5. Grill for 9 minutes and turn over.
  • 6. Grill for 9 - 10 minutes.
  • 7. Let stand for 1 minute.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
