  • 1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • 2. Remove 2 fillets from wrapper.
  • 3. Brush fillets with olive oil on both sides. Season as desired.
  • 4. Place fillets in a single layer onto a foil-lined baking sheet.
  • 5. Bake on center rack for 14 minutes and turn over.
  • 6. Bake for 17 - 18 minutes.
  • 7. Let stand 1 minute.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
  • FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS.
  • THIS PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F PRIOR TO EATING.
    • Stovetop Stovetop
  • STOVE TOP (From Thawed State):
  • 1. Thaw in refrigerator overnight or in cold running water for 10 - 15 minutes.
  • 2. Preheat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • 3. Remove 2 fillets from wrapper. Season as desired.
  • 4. Place fillets in a single layer into skillet.
  • 5. Cook for 19 - 20 minutes turning every 5 minutes.
  • 6. Let stand 1 minute.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
  • FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS.
  • THIS PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F PRIOR TO EATING.

  • GRILL (From Thawed State):
  • 1. Thaw in refrigerator overnight or in cold running water for 10 - 15 minutes.
  • 2. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  • 3. Remove 2 fillets from wrapper.
  • 4. Brush fillets with olive oil on both sides. Season as desired.
  • 5. Place fillets in a single layer onto grill.
  • 6. Grill for 8 minutes and turn over.
  • 7. Grill for 8 - 9 minutes.
  • 8. Let stand 1 minute.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
