Omaha Steak’s master butchers never cut corners, but they do carve out perfection. Naturally lean and packed with bold flavor, the top sirloin is a classic steakhouse cut that’s best-served medium-rare.

Omaha Steaks® Butcher’s Cut Top Sirloins are aged at least 30 days to deliver exceptional tenderness and robust flavor in every mouthwatering bite. Each steak is double-trimmed by master butchers to be tall and thick for more even cooking and then flash-frozen at their peak to lock in tenderness and pause the aging process.

Grain-finished and expertly carved by hand, these steaks pack the bold, beefy flavor you expect from a top sirloin and the steakhouse-style perfection you expect from Omaha Steaks. Whether it’s on the grill or part of your favorite recipe, it’s simply the best top sirloin experience you’ve ever had and it’s only available from America’s Original Butcher.

All Omaha Steaks are flash-frozen at their peak, then individually sealed for your convenience. That means they arrive at your door ready for you to bring the steakhouse home.
