Preparation

  • Remove burgers from packaging while still frozen. Thaw in refrigerator.
  • GRILL (FROZEN):
  • Preheat grill to medium (350-400°F).
  • Clean and oil grill grates.
  • Grill covered for 8-10 minutes per side.
  • GRILL (THAWED):
  • Preheat grill to medium high (400-450°F).
  • Clean and oil grill grates.
  • Grill 5-6 minutes per side.
  • APPLIANCES VARY, ADJUST COOK TIMES ACCORDINGLY.
  • FOR FOOD SAFETY AND OUALITY, COOK THOROUGHLY TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 160°F AS INDICATED BY A FOOD THERMOMETER.

  • Remove burgers from packaging while still frozen. Thaw in refrigerator.
  • PAN FRY (FROZEN):
  • 1. Preheat a small amount of cooking oil over medium heat.
  • 2. Add burgers, cover, and cook 8-10 minutes on the first side.
  • 3. Uncover and cook 8-10 minutes on the second side.
  • PAN FRY (THAWED):
  • 1. Preheat a small amount of cooking oil over medium heat.
  • 2. Add burgers and pan fry for 6-8 minutes per side.
  • 3. Over cooking can result in a dry product.
  • APPLIANCES VARY, ADJUST COOK TIMES ACCORDINGLY.

  • 1. Place oven rack 3" from broiler element. Preheat broiler to high.
  • 2. Broil 5-6 minutes per side.
