How do I change or cancel an order?

You may change or cancel an order online prior to 11 p.m. the day before your scheduled delivery date. If you have other questions please fill out form.

To change or cancel an order:

On Mobile
  1. Open hamburger menu > Sign In > Tap Orders
  2. Tap Pending Orders
  3. Select the order you wish to change or cancel and tap Update Order
  4. You can then add or delete items from the order or cancel the order in its entirety
On app
  1. Tap the Account icon at the bottom of your screen
  2. Tap the Orders dropdown
  3. Tap Pending Orders
  4. Select the order you wish to change or cancel and tap Update Order
  5. You can then add or delete items from the order or cancel the order in its entirety
On desktop
  1. Sign In > Open "Hi, Name" dropdown
  2. Click Pending Orders
  3. Tap Pending Orders
  4. Select the order you wish to change or cancel and tap Update Order
  5. You can then add or delete items from the order or cancel the order in its entirety
